WW Talents in Greece is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to help Italian-speaking customers via phone, email and chat. You will join an international, multicultural team onsite in Greece, with paid training and relocation support if needed.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, solving problems, and documenting interactions in CRM. Fluency in Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+) is required; prior support experience is a plus but not required.

Competenze

• Italian language at C1/C2 level.
• English language at B2+ level.
• Experience in customer support is an advantage but not required.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service questions.
