WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team onsite in Greece. You will provide professional Italian language support via phone, email and chat, helping customers, solving problems, and delivering an outstanding experience.

The role offers paid training, a competitive salary package (€1,100 gross per month paid across 14 salaries) and full relocation support for EU applicants.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian at C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Prior experience in Customer Support is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international team.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
