Job summary

WW Talents cerca un Operatore di Supporto Clienti di lingua italiana da inserire in team internazionale, lavorando interamente da remoto dalla Grecia. Il ruolo prevede formazione pagata, stipendio competitivo e supporto al relocation.

Responsabile di fornire assistenza clienti in italiano via chat, email e telefono, mantenendo elevati standard di servizio e documentazione accurata nel CRM.

Qualifications

• Fluente italiano a livello C1/C2.
• Inglese minimo B2 per formazione e comunicazione interna.
• Precedente esperienza in customer support è un plus.
• Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali.
• Capacità di lavorare in autonomia in remoto.
• Disponibilità a turni rotativi.

Responsibilities

• Fornire supporto professionale ai clienti in italiano tramite telefono, email e chat.
• Rispondere alle richieste e risolvere problemi legati agli account.
• Aiutare i clienti con domande sulla piattaforma, prodotto e servizi.
• Risolvere problemi e fornire soluzioni efficaci.
• Documentare accuratamente le interazioni nel CRM e nei sistemi interni.
• Rispettare standard di qualità e produttività stabiliti.
• Aiutare i clienti a comprendere la piattaforma e le sue funzionalità.

Job Details

Position: Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative
Location: Greece - 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece
Schedule: 5 days per week, rotational shifts between 08:00-00:00
Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+
Experience: Previous Customer Support experience is an advantage, but no prior experience is required

Your Responsibilities

As an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative, you will:

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Follow established quality and productivity standards
• Help customers understand the platform and available features

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Italian - C1/C2 level
• English B2+ for training and internal communication
• Previous experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Call Center, Technical Support, Helpdesk, or similar roles is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and multiple applications
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Flexible and comfortable working rotational shifts
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, multicultural team
• No previous experience required - full paid training is provided
