WW Talents is hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to work fully remotely from Greece. The role includes paid training, a competitive salary, and full relocation support for EU relocations.

Qualifications

Job Details

• Position: Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative
• Location: Greece – 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece
• Schedule: 5 days per week, rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00
• Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+
• Experience: Previous Customer Support experience is an advantage, but no prior experience is required

Relocation Support

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level
• English B2+ for training and internal communication
• Previous experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Call Center, Technical Support, Helpdesk, or similar roles is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and multiple applications
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Flexible and comfortable working rotational shifts
