Job summary

WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our international team. Work fully remotely from Greece, handle inquiries in Italian via phone, email and chat, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

The role offers 5 days a week with rotating shifts between 08:00–00:00, 1050 EUR gross per month paid 14 times a year, plus a performance bonus up to 10%, and fully paid training from day one.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+) for training and internal communication
• Experience in Customer Support is a plus but not required
• Comfortable using CRM systems and multiple applications

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions

Position: Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative

Location: Greece - 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece

Schedule: 5 days per week, rotational shifts between 08:00-00:00

Experience: Previous Customer Support experience is an advantage, but no prior experience is required

Relocating from another EU country? Full relocation support is provided, including:

Your Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level
• English B2+ for training and internal communication
• Previous experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Call Center, Technical Support, Helpdesk, or similar roles is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and multiple applications
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Flexible and comfortable working rotational shifts
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, multicultural team
