Job summary

WW Talents in Greece is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team and help customers via phone, email and chat. You’ll resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues and document interactions in CRM with a focus on quality service.

No prior experience is required — fully paid training starts on day one. Fluency in Italian (C1/C2) and good English (B2+) for training and internal comms are essential.

Job Details

Position: Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative

Location: Greece - 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece

Schedule: 5 days per week, rotational shifts between 08:00-00:00

Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+

Experience: Previous Customer Support experience is an advantage, but no prior experience is required

Relocation Support

Already living in Greece? Work remotely from anywhere in the country.

Relocating from another EU country? Full relocation support is provided, including:

Your Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat

• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level
• English B2+ for training and internal communication
• Previous experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Call Center, Technical Support, Helpdesk, or similar roles is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and multiple applications
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Flexible and comfortable working rotational shifts
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, multicultural team
