Job summary

FH Collective Academy is seeking a customer support specialist fluent in Italian to join a fully remote team based in Greece. You’ll handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat and support users across our platform while working from anywhere in Greece with relocation support.

Job Details

Location: Greece – 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece

Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00

Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+

Compensation: €1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement + Fully paid training from day one

Relocation Package: Flight ticket + 2 weeks of hotel accommodation + Airport pickup + Real estate agency fee covered
