WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to work onsite in Greece. The role offers 5 days per week with rotational shifts, training from day one, and relocation support for EU moves.

Fluency in Italian plus English for training is required, with no prior experience necessary though a background in customer support helps. Compensation includes €1,100 gross/month paid across 14 salaries, plus a performance bonus up to 10% and opportunities for career development in

Competenze

Fluent Italian with C1/C2 level.
English proficiency at B2+ for training and communication.
No prior experience required; paid training provided; experience in customer support is a plus.

Mansioni

Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
Follow established quality and productivity standards.
Help customers understand the platform and available features.
