WW Talents in Greece is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team onsite. You will handle customer inquiries in Italian, assist with product and account questions, and ensure a high level of service.

Full relocation support is provided for EU candidates. The role includes paid training, a competitive package, and a multicultural environment with rotating shifts and opportunities for career growth.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian at C1/C2 level and English at B2+ for training and communication
• Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required
• Willingness to relocate to Greece; onsite work

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions while maintaining high satisfaction
• Document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Follow established quality and productivity standards
• Help customers understand the platform and available features
