WW Talents in Greece is seeking an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international, multicultural team onsite. You will provide support in Italian, respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and help customers navigate the platform. A full relocation package and paid training are included.

The role offers a competitive salary, a 5-day work week with rotating shifts from 08:00–00:00, and opportunities for career development in a dynamic environment.

Competenze

• Italian fluency at C1/C2 level.
• English proficiency at B2+ for training.
• Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in an international, multicultural team.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle requests while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Document interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Follow established quality and productivity standards.
• Help customers understand the platform and features.
