The role includes fluent Italian, English for training, full paid training, relocation support, and a competitive compensation of €1,100 gross per month across 14 salaries plus performance bonus up to 15%.

Your Responsibilities

As anItalian-Speaking Customer Support Representative, you will:

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Follow established quality and productivity standards
• Help customers understand the platform and available features
