WW Talents in Greece is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international, multicultural team onsite in Greece. The role requires fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+), with 5 days a week and rotating shifts.

You will receive paid training from day one, full relocation support for EU relocations, and a competitive salary of €1,100 gross per month paid in 14 salaries, plus a performance bonus up to 10%.

Job Details

Relocation Support

Already living in Greece? You can join the team onsite at the designated office location.

Relocating from another EU country? Full relocation support is provided, including:

• EU flight ticket
• 2 weeks of hotel accommodation
• Airport pickup

Your Responsibilities

As an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative, you will:

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Follow established quality and productivity standards
• Help customers understand the platform and available features

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level
• English B2+ for training and internal communication
• Previous experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Call Center, Technical Support, Helpdesk, or similar roles is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and multiple applications
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Flexible and comfortable working rotational shifts
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, multicultural team
• No previous experience required – full paid training is provided
