WW Talents seeks an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team onsite in Greece. The role requires fluent Italian and strong communication, with English for training and internal use. No prior experience is needed as full paid training is provided, plus relocation support for EU candidates.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, document interactions in CRM, and contribute to a high-quality customer experience within a multicultural environment.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian at C1/C2 level for customer interactions.
• English at least B2+ for training and internal communication.
• No prior experience required; full paid training provided.
• Strong customer-focused approach and empathy.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Job Details

Position: Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative
Location: Greece – Onsite
Schedule: 5 days per week, rotational shifts between 08:00-00:00
Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+
Experience: Previous Customer Support experience is an advantage, but no prior experience is required

• €1,100 gross/month x 14 salaries

Relocation Support

Already living in Greece? You can join the team onsite at the designated office location.

Relocating from another EU country? Full relocation support is provided, including:

Your Responsibilities

As an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative, you will:

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Follow established quality and productivity standards
• Help customers understand the platform and available features

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level
• English B2+ for training and internal communication
• Previous experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Call Center, Technical Support, Helpdesk, or similar roles is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and multiple applications
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Flexible and comfortable working rotational shifts
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, multicultural team
• No previous experience required – full paid training is provided
