WW Talents is seeking an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team in Greece, onsite. The role requires fluent Italian and English for training, with no prior experience needed as full training is provided.

You will handle customer inquiries in Italian via phone, email, and chat, contribute to a positive customer experience, and participate in ongoing development within a diverse, multicultural environment.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Previous experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Call Center, Technical Support, Helpdesk, or similar roles is a plus.
• No previous experience required – full paid training is provided.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.

Job Details

Position: Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative
Location: Greece – Onsite
Schedule: 5 days per week, rotational shifts between 08:00-00:00
Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+
Experience: Previous Customer Support experience is an advantage, but no prior experience is required

Relocation Support

Already living in Greece? You can join the team onsite at the designated office location.

Relocating from another EU country? Full relocation support is provided, including:

Your Responsibilities

As an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative, you will:

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level

• Previous experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Call Center, Technical Support, Helpdesk, or similar roles is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and multiple applications
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Flexible and comfortable working rotational shifts
