Apple Care is seeking a Customer Expert (Italian-speaking) to join a global customer experience team. You will assist customers via phone, chat, and email, delivering high-quality service and effective solutions in a multicultural environment.

This fully remote role is based in Greece with a 40-hour week (Monday–Friday, 10:00–21:00). It includes fully paid training (15–30 days) and a relocation package (flight to Greece, four weeks hotel, housing support) for eligible candidates.

Competenze

• Fluency in Italian and good English.
• EU passport or valid EU work authorization required.
