Mercier Consultancy Group is hiring an Italian Speaking Customer Service Agent for Vinted in Greece. You will provide multilingual support via email, chat, and phone, resolving inquiries about transactions, shipping, and account management while maintaining a friendly, professional tone in Italian.

The role includes relocation support, fully paid training, health insurance, and two extra salaries annually, with a monthly salary and a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
• Proficient in English (working language).
• Valid EU passport.
• Strong communication and customer support passion.
• Ability to navigate digital platforms and multitask.
• Prior customer-facing experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality support to Vinted users via email, chat and phone.
• Resolve inquiries on transactions, shipping and account management.
• Maintain a professional, empathetic tone in Italian.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure platform safety.
• Stay updated on service policies to guide customers.
• Support KPIs and participate in team briefings.
• Contribute to overall client brand reputation.
