Job summary

RDN CONS is seeking an Italian-speaking Ad Sales Agent to join an international team in Athens. You will engage with Italian-speaking business customers, understand their advertising objectives, and propose solutions to grow their online presence.

This onsite role offers a comprehensive relocation package and a competitive salary with incentives. Successful candidates will have fluent Italian, at least a B2 English level, and prior experience in sales or digital advertising.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian language skills and ability to communicate with business customers.
• Experience in sales, ad sales, digital advertising, or account management.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens and work onsite.
• English level at B2 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Italian-speaking business customers.
• Understand clients' objectives, challenges and advertising needs.
• Present digital advertising solutions and identify opportunities for value.
• Develop existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
• Provide guidance to improve customers' advertising activity.
• Engage in consultative conversations rather than transactional sales.
• Work toward individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Follow up on opportunities and maintain accurate account information.
• Develop knowledge of digital advertising products and solutions.
