Athens-based Italian-speaking Ad Sales opportunity by an international team requires fluent Italian and strong commercial acumen. This onsite role includes a comprehensive relocation package and training.

You will engage with Italian-speaking business customers, align advertising solutions with their goals, and drive growth through upselling and consultative selling. Relocation and an international environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent level in Italian is required.
• English at B2 level or higher.
• Previous experience in sales, ad sales, or account management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to identify opportunities and turn needs into sales.
• Target-oriented and motivated by achieving results.
• Comfortable learning and using new digital platforms.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens and work onsite.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with Italian-speaking business customers.
• Understand clients' objectives, challenges and advertising needs.
• Present digital advertising solutions and identify growth opportunities.
• Upsell and cross-sell to develop existing accounts.
• Provide commercially-focused guidance to improve advertising activity.
• Manage customer conversations with a consultative approach.
• Work toward individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Follow up on opportunities and keep accurate account information.
• Develop knowledge of digital advertising products and solutions.
