Cross Border Talents in Athens is hiring Italian-speaking Inbound Sales Representatives for a global project starting 13 October 2025. This on-site role requires fluent Italian and good English to support international customers.

You will handle inbound calls and emails, provide product information, identify customer needs, and manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing. A permanent contract is offered with relocation support and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian (C1-C2)
• Good English skills (B1+)
• EU citizenship or residence with Full Market Access
• Strong communication and problem-solving mindset
• Motivation to build a career in an international environment

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and emails from customers
• Provide accurate product information and guide users through purchase options
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right solutions
• Manage the entire sales process from first contact to closing
• Update CRM systems and maintain high service quality
