Job summary

RDN CONS in Athens is seeking an Italian-Speaking Ad Sales Agent to join our international team onsite. You will work with Italian-speaking business customers, understand their commercial objectives and help identify advertising solutions that support growth and online presence.

The role requires fluent Italian, strong sales experience, and a proactive consultative approach. Relocation to Greece is provided, with on-boarding, ongoing training, and a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian (oral and written)
• English level B2 or higher
• Experience in sales, Ad Sales, digital advertising, or customer-facing roles
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Confident in discussing commercial solutions with business customers
• Ability to identify opportunities and convert needs into sales
• Target-oriented and motivated by results
• Comfortable using digital tools and learning new platforms
• Willingness to relocate to Athens and work onsite

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Italian-speaking business customers
• Understand clients' business objectives and advertising needs
• Present digital advertising solutions and identify growth opportunities
• Upsell and cross-sell to develop existing accounts
• Provide commercially focused guidance to improve advertising activity
• Maintain consultative, not purely transactional, sales conversations
• Work toward individual sales targets and KPIs
• Follow up on opportunities and maintain accurate account information
• Develop knowledge of digital advertising products and solutions
