Cross Border Talents seeks fluent Italian speakers for our Social Media Customer Care team in Lisbon, starting September/October. You’ll respond to social queries, resolve issues, and create a positive brand experience across channels.

The role is full-time (40 hours/week) on a 12‑month contract with renewal potential. Relocation assistance, flight reimbursement, comprehensive health insurance, and free Portuguese classes are provided.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian, both written and spoken.
• Intermediate English (B1/B2).
• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

About the Role

We’re looking for fluent Italian speakers with a passion for customer service and digital communication to join our Social Media Customer Care team in September & October in Lisbon.

You’ll be the voice of the brand across social media and digital channels, helping customers with their questions, resolving issues, and creating a positive experience with every interaction.

Please note: You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory.

Contract & Working Conditions

• 12-month initial contract, with the possibility of renewal.
