Cross Border Talents is seeking fluent Italian speakers for a 12-month, full-time Social Media Customer Care role in Lisbon. You will handle customer inquiries on social and digital channels, resolve issues with empathy, and escalate complex cases as needed.

About the Role

We’re looking for fluent Italian speakers with a passion for customer service and digital communication to join our Social Media Customer Care team in September & October in Lisbon.

You’ll be the voice of the brand across social media and digital channels, helping customers with their questions, resolving issues, and creating a positive experience with every interaction.

Please note: You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory.

Contract & Working Conditions
