Cross Border Talents is seeking fluent Italian speakers to join our Social Media Customer Care team for a 12-month, full-time role based in Lisbon. You will respond to customers on social media, provide solutions, and maintain a customer-first approach across digital channels.

The position requires eligibility to work in Portugal, willingness to relocate to Lisbon, and a rotating 8-hour shift schedule. Aimed at delivering excellent service in an international setting with onboarding and language

Competenze

• Fluent Italian, both written and spoken.
• Intermediate English (B1/B2).
• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced digital environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms.

About the Role

We're looking for fluent Italian speakers with a passion for customer service and digital communication to join our Social Media Customer Care team in September & October in Lisbon.

You'll be the voice of the brand across social media and digital channels, helping customers with their questions, resolving issues, and creating a positive experience with every interaction.

Please note: You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory.

Contract & Working Conditions

• 12-month initial contract, with the possibility of renewal.
• Full-time: 40 hours per week.
• 8-hour shifts on a rotating schedule.
