Cross Border Talents is expanding its talent management team and seeks an Italian Recruiter based in Rome. You will lead sourcing for Italian-speaking roles, assess candidate profiles, and coordinate placements.

The role includes managing pipelines and administering the selection process. The position offers a 6-month contract with a 30-day trial, a full-time schedule (40 hours/week), and comprehensive relocation support for international relocators along with accommodation.

Qualifications

• Native or C1-level proficiency in Italian and working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Candidate Management: manage active talent pipelines with structured phone screenings and evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Selection Process: administer pre-selection tests, schedule follow-ups and handle recruitment administration.
• Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).
