CBTALENTS is hiring a Customer Service Representative – Meta Creators Support for a Lisbon-based role with a comprehensive relocation package. You will support Italian content creators using Meta/Instagram tools, manage subscriptions, troubleshoot accounts, and guide users on platform features.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent Italian speaker with fluent English.

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset with excellent multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday).
