CBTALENTS is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the Italian Creators Support team to be based in Lisbon, Portugal, with a relocation package provided. You will support creators using Meta/Instagram tools, manage subscriptions, troubleshoot accounts, and guide users on platform features.

Ideal candidates are native Italian speakers with fluent English, strong communication skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

• Experience in customer service or related field is a plus.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (Mon–Sun).
