CBTALENTS is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support Italian Meta Creators in Lisbon. The role includes a relocation package and collaboration with a dynamic, international team.

You will assist creators with Meta/Instagram tools, handle subscriptions, troubleshoot accounts, and guide users on platform features. Fluency in Italian and English, plus flexibility for rotating shifts, are required.

• Native Italian or fluent speaker with English fluency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Proactive, solution-focused mindset with multitasking ability.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts (Mon-Sun).
