• Identify trends and resolve issues for small and medium-sized business clients.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent Italian speaker with fluent English.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset with excellent multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday).
