Orbia Advance Corporation in Italy seeks an HR Administrator to manage the employee lifecycle, payroll coordination with external providers, and compliance across European entities.

You will support recruitment, onboarding, and training, and assist with performance and salary review cycles in collaboration with the HRBP. This permanent, full‑time role offers an international environment and travel to Bologna and Faenza.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in economics, law, humanities or psychology.
• Fluent Italian and good English; strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage the employee administrative lifecycle: hiring, contracts, extensions, terminations and notifications (UniLav).
• Coordinate monthly payroll with external provider and ensure accurate inputs; review outputs for discrepancies.
• Apply national collective labour agreements and company agreements in HR administration.
• Handle sickness, injuries, parental leave, statutory leave and holidays; administer welfare, meal vouchers and benefits.
• Act as contact for INPS, INAIL, Employment Centre and pension/health funds; support statutory reporting.
• Prepare headcount, labour cost, absenteeism and overtime reports.
• Support recruitment: job postings, CV screening and interview scheduling.
• Guide onboarding and offboarding; coordinate mandatory training and track hours; support performance & salary review cycles.

Degree in Economics, Law, Humanities or Psychology, or high-school diploma with equivalent experience
