Job summary

Bose Corporation seeks an HR Manager to lead the people agenda for its Italian operations: Sonus faber in Arcugnano and De Santi in San Martino di Lupari. You will act as trusted advisor to leadership and managers across production, R&D, quality, and commercial, owning contracts, payroll, and compliance for two entities.

Reporting to the Associate HR Director EMEA, you will partner with HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence, ensuring a local, high-touch people experience while aligning

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience in Italy, with hands-on operations and business partnering.
• Fluent Italian and professional English communication.
• Strong knowledge of Italian labour law and CCNL application.
• Experience across more than one legal entity or in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Ability to manage payroll and HR administration end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Advise Italian leadership on organisation design, workforce planning and talent development.
• Manage employee relations, performance, absence and team development across two sites.
• Oversee payroll, contracts, amendments, transfers, and compliance with local laws.
• Partner with HRBP and Centres of Excellence to bring group policies locally.
• Own HR data accuracy in Workday and generate local/group reporting.
• Develop and document HR processes to scale across two entities and sites.
