Dandy, based in Milan, is hiring a Customer Experience Lab Technician to support the Italian market. You will apply deep dental lab expertise to partner directly with clinicians on patient scanning, case prep, and design modifications, delivering real-time Italian-language technical support.

Based in Milan with 3+ years in dental lab roles, you will guide doctors on complex cases, collaborate with lab teams, and ensure high-quality outcomes while navigating digital workflows and CAD/CAM design.

Competenze

3+ years in a dental technician role.
2+ years of experience in 3Shape CAD/CAM design (Implant and Crown & Bridge cases).
Deep understanding of digital dental workflows (implant systems, scan bodies, best design practices).
Technologically adept with dental design platforms and quick learning ability.

Mansioni

Collaborate on treatment plans with doctors in real-time to refine case designs and ensure aesthetic and functional outcomes.
Provide live clinical support to Italian-speaking clinicians via phone, chat, and video.
Support the Italian market as a local expert and adapt guidance to local practices.
Facilitate cross-functional communication between doctors and Dandy lab teams; translate feedback into production outcomes.
