Job summary

CB Talents in Lisbon is hiring Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialists to support customers of a digital bank on-site in Lisbon, Portugal. If you've worked with people's money before and want an international move that's already sorted, this is for you.

You'll move to Lisbon with a flight reimbursed, a free apartment, and €1,500 in bonuses, plus 15 days of paid training before you take your first customer. Start date is 29 October 2026.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian and English (B2+).
• At least 1 year of experience in banking, financial services, or insurance.
• EU passport holder; no visa needed.
• Willing to relocate to Lisbon and work on-site.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Resolve account, payment, and product questions clearly and accurately.
