CBTALENTS is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative for the Lisbon market. You will handle inquiries in Italian, support relocation needs, and contribute to a positive customer experience from an on-site Lisbon office.

The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with training provided, offering a pathway for career growth and a structured Portuguese employment contract with holiday bonuses, health insurance, and meal allowances.

Competenze

• Italian language proficiency at C2 level
• English language proficiency at B2 level
• Experience in customer service is preferred

Mansioni

• Provide expert support to Italian-speaking customers via phone and email.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and offer timely, empathetic solutions.
• Assist customers with documentation, order entries and product shipments.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail to ensure a great customer experience.
