Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking fluent Italian speakers for a 12-month customer care role on a full-time basis. You’ll handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, delivering accurate information and empathetic service to customers abroad.

The contract runs for 12 months with renewal possible. Base monthly salaries are offered with and without company accommodation. You’ll receive onboarding, training, and relocation support to work in Portugal.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian, both written and spoken.
• Intermediate English (B1/B2).
• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

We’re looking for fluent Italian speakers with a passion for customer service and technical support to join our Customer Care team in November & December in Lisbon.

You’ll be the voice of the brand across different channels, helping customers with their questions, resolving issues, and creating a positive experience with every interaction.

Please note: You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory.
