Cross Border Talents is seeking fluent Italian speakers for its Customer Care team in Lisbon for November & December. You’ll handle inquiries across phone, email, and chat, delivering clear information and friendly support to ensure a positive customer experience.

Eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon is mandatory. This is a full-time role with 40 hours weekly on a rotating schedule, including language learning benefits and relocation support.

• Fluent Italian, both written and spoken.
• Intermediate English (B1/B2).
• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

We’re looking for fluent Italian speakers with a passion for customer service and technical support to join our Customer Care team in November & December in Lisbon.

You’ll be the voice of the brand across different channels, helping customers with their questions, resolving issues, and creating a positive experience with every interaction.

Please note: You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory.
