Cross Border Talents is seeking fluent Italian speakers to join our Customer Care team in Lisbon for November and December. You’ll be the voice of the brand across phone, email and chat, helping customers, resolving issues and creating a positive experience with every interaction.

This is a 12-month initial contract, full-time (40 hours/week) on a rotating schedule, with flight ticket reimbursement, comprehensive health insurance, and free Portuguese language classes to support your relocation.

• Fluent Italian, both written and spoken.
• Intermediate English (B1/B2).
• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine customer-focused mindset.

You’ll be the voice of the brand across different channels, helping customers with their questions, resolving issues, and creating a positive experience with every interaction.

Please note: You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory.
