Cross Border Talents is seeking fluent Italian speakers to join our Customer Care team in Lisbon for November and December. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering accurate information and empathetic service while adhering to quality standards.

A 12-month contract with rotation shifts is offered, along with health insurance and language support. You must be eligible to work in Portugal and relocate to Lisbon.

You’ll be the voice of the brand across different channels, helping customers with their questions, resolving issues, and creating a positive experience with every interaction.

Please note: You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory.

Contract & Working Conditions

• 12-month initial contract, with the possibility of renewal.
