CHEP is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead new business growth across Italy. This hunter role focuses on identifying opportunities, opening doors, building relationships and winning profitable contracts.
You will own the customer journey—from prospecting and closing deals to onboarding and expansion—while collaborating with operations, sales and product teams to drive sustainable revenue for CHEP's reusable container solutions.
Competenze
- Fluent Italian and business-level English are required.
- Proven success in B2B business development.
- Strong hunting mentality and commercial drive.
- Experience in logistics, packaging, pooling, supply chain, manufacturing, or related industries.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building and solution-selling skills.
Mansioni
- Develop and execute a territory growth strategy for Italy.
- Prospect and win new customers across targeted sectors.
- Lead complex commercial negotiations and RFQ/RFI processes.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle.
