CHEP, a provider of reusable container solutions, is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead Italy growth. This is a hunter role focused on opening doors, building relationships, negotiating agreements and winning profitable business.

You will own the customer journey from prospecting to onboarding, manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, and collaborate with operations, customer service and product teams.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian and business-level English required.
• Proven success in B2B business development.
• Experience in logistics, packaging, pooling, supply chain, food ingredients or related industries.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship-building and solution-selling skills.
• Self-starter mindset with ability to work independently in a European team.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute a territory growth strategy for Italy.
• Prospect and win new customers across targeted sectors.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations and RFQ/RFI processes.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle.
• Work closely with operations, customer service, sales and product teams.
• Drive profitable revenue growth and pipeline development.
