CHEP is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead new business growth across Italy. This hunter role covers prospecting, closing deals, onboarding and expansion in the early stages of customer relationships.

You will own the entire customer journey, from prospecting to onboarding, and work with cross-functional teams to drive profitable revenue and pipeline growth in a European context.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian and business-level English.
• Proven success in B2B business development.
• Experience in logistics, packaging, pooling, supply chain, manufacturing, food ingredients or related industries.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship-building and solution-selling skills.
• Self-starter mindset with ability to work independently in a European team environment.
• Curiosity, resilience and adaptability to change.

• Develop and execute a territory growth strategy for Italy.
• Prospect and win new customers across targeted sectors.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations and RFQ/RFI processes.
