KPM Analytics is looking for a Technical Support Engineer (IT) based in Trento, Italy. In this role, you will deliver exceptional technical support to clients in the food and industrial sectors, ensuring excellence in data integrity and performance.

Your responsibilities include managing customer requests, troubleshooting software issues, and conducting online training. Ideal candidates will have a BS in Computer Science or a related field, with a strong background in technical support and SQL.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years in a technical customer support role.
• Strong knowledge of main IT/network infrastructures.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and pneumatic diagrams.

Mansioni

• Provide technical direction and support to customers.
• Manage Salesforce cases for Vision Inspection Systems.
• Conduct online training for customers.
