Technogym cerca un IT Systems & Operations Engineer per supportare il miglioramento e la manutenzione di computer, reti e infrastrutture applicative sia on‑premises che in AWS e GCP.

La funzione richiede laurea in campo informatico, 3–5 anni di esperienza, conoscenza di architetture cloud e gestione reti/database; si lavora in ambiente internazionale con inglese fluente.

Competenze

• Laurea in Informatica, Sistemi Informativi o campo affine.
• Almeno 3–5 anni di esperienza rilevante.
• Esperienza in IT systems & operations sia su cloud sia on‑premises.
• Conoscenza infrastrutture cloud e tecnologie correlate.
• Conoscenza di reti e gestione di database.
• Fluenza in inglese.

Your Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive IT Systems & Operations Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the continuous improvement and maintenance of our computers, networks, and application infrastructures both on-premises and on AWS and GCP cloud providers. You will ensure these systems are durable, resilient, performant and secure, and support the overall business strategy.

Your Impact

1. Design, develop, and manage the company’s computer, network, and application systems both in the cloud and on-premises.
2. Adopt the latest technologies for implementing infrastructure in the cloud and company datacenters.
3. Assist in maximizing ROI in IT infrastructure and system operation services while ensuring durability, resilience, performance and security of the implemented architectures.
4. Collaborate with executive leadership and team managers to align IT systems and operation services strategy with business strategy.
5. Assist in developing IT Systems & Operations budgets and manage expenditures related to infrastructure and team operations.
6. Serve as a technical resource to the IT Systems & Operations team and assist in their continued growth.

About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. What you should bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in IT systems and operations both on cloud and on-premises.
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and technologies.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Experience with designing application architectures for cloud-based infrastructures.
• Proficiency in network and database management.
• Fluency in English.

Compensation Data

We believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between 35,000 and 50,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
