Wall Street English Italia is seeking an IT Support specialist to provide help desk support to company users and manage the IT infrastructure across Windows, VMware, and Office 365. You will ensure security, reliability, and optimal performance of systems and services.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in IT support, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work independently as part of an international team within a network of company centers.

Competenze

• Education and experience as described in the posting.
• 2+ years of IT support experience with focus on Microsoft technologies and Office 365.
• Strong knowledge of Windows clients/servers, Active Directory, and virtualization.
• Familiarity with security best practices and networking concepts.
