Wall Street English Italia is seeking an IT Support specialist to deliver Help Desk services, manage IT infrastructure and assets, and ensure reliability and security. The role emphasizes Microsoft technologies, Apple devices familiarity, networking, VMware virtualization, and Office 365 administration.

The ideal candidate will solve problems, work independently or with an international team, and contribute to a stable and secure IT environment across about 70 centers in Italy.

Competenze

• High School Diploma in Informatic or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years IT support experience focused on Microsoft technologies, networking and Office 365.
• Proficient in Windows Client/Server administration and Active Directory.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs and VMware virtualization.
• Experience administering Office 365 environments and related apps.

• User Support: provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software and network connectivity.
• IT Infrastructure support: manage servers, storage and network devices.
• Microsoft technologies: administer Windows clients/servers, AD and related services.
• VMware: manage and maintain virtualized environments for performance.
