The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking an IT Service Management Intern to support the IT Infrastructure Specialist in daily operations, assist in data collection for the migration from legacy systems to new platforms, and help with end-user support.

You will contribute to configuring devices, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring business continuity during the transformation, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Competenze

• Has knowledge of Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field and can operate confidently in IT support and infrastructure environments
• Brings strong skills in IT Infrastructure, operating systems (Windows, macOS), networking (IP, DNS, VPN) and hardware/software
• Thinks end-to-end and takes ownerships for results
• Is comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving organisation
• Values collaboration, clarity and low-ego ways of working

Mansioni

• Support IT Infrastructure Specialist in daily operational activities, ensuring proper use of IT systems and tools.
• Collect and maintain IT asset data required for system migration (e.g., from Unilever to TMICC) and cybersecurity purposes.
• Provide first/second-level technical support to end users via help desk, ticketing systems, phone, or on-site interventions.
• Assist in hardware and software installation, including configuration of new workstations and devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic connectivity issues (network, VPN, system access), coordinating with internal teams when needed.
• Support account management activities, including user access, permissions, and basic cloud-related tasks.
• Contribute to ensuring business continuity by promptly addressing technical issues and supporting daily IT operations.
• Collaborate with external partners involved in IT transition projects, providing accurate data and updates.
