iubenda is seeking an enthusiastic IT Sales Intern to join the Sales team. Reporting to the Director of Customer Success and working closely with the Technical Sales Team, you will support clients on technical follow-up and rollout planning, and assist with deployment checks to avoid conflicts with client systems.

Located in Milan and Bologna, the role offers a highly flexible hybrid work model. The proposed compensation is €800 net per month, plus listed benefits, and requires 40 hours per week

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or related subjects.
• Proficient in English and Italian.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript and HTML.
• Full availability for 40 hours a week for 6 months.
• Comfortable supporting clients over calls with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
• Strong organisational skills to plan, follow up and track multiple requests.
• Eager to learn directly from senior team members.

Mansioni

• Support existing clients on technical follow-up and rollout planning, initially joining client calls under supervision.
• Assist with deployment checks to ensure compatibility with clients' systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues at the JavaScript and HTML level.
• Support rollout of new features for existing clients.
• Help plan and prioritise resolution of client issues with the Technical Sales team.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success for a smooth client experience.
