iubenda, part of team.blue, is seeking an enthusiastic IT Sales Intern to join our Sales team in Milan. Reporting to the Director of Customer Success and collaborating with our Technical Sales Team, you will support client interactions.

Key tasks include supporting clients on technical follow-up and rollout planning, deployment checks, troubleshooting JavaScript and HTML issues, and assisting with feature rollouts.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields.
• Professional proficiency in English and Italian.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript and HTML.
• Full availability for 40 hours a week for 6 months.
• Comfortable supporting clients over calls with a proactive attitude.
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.

Mansioni

• Supporting existing clients on technical follow-up and rollout planning.
• Assisting with deployment checks to ensure compatibility with clients' systems.
• Troubleshooting technical issues at the JavaScript and HTML level.
• Supporting the rollout of new features for existing clients.
• Helping plan and prioritise the resolution of client issues.
• Collaborating with Sales and Customer Success for a seamless client experience.
