HSPI S.p.A., part of the TXT Group, is seeking a Senior PMO to support an area governance assignment at its Bologna office, working with a major client in the Insurance sector.

The role emphasizes planning, budgeting, reporting, and on-site collaboration. Candidates should have senior PMO experience, strong Excel skills, English fluency, and be available to spend about three days per week at the client site.

HSPI S.p.A., a leading management consulting firm specializing in IT Governance services and part of the TXT Group, is looking to strengthen its team at its Bologna office by hiring a Senior PMO. The successful candidate will be operationally based at a major client in the Insurance sector, supporting an area governance assignment with direct responsibility for Financial Management activities.

Main Responsibilities

• Independently support the planning and operational coordination of the area, overseeing the various projects within its scope
• Maintain and monitor planning tools, including Gantt charts, milestones and activity plans
• Prepare periodic reporting and documentation to support the client
• Manage daily interactions with the client's contacts and stakeholders, including on-site activities
• Monitor project progress, activities and deadlines across the area, proactively identifying and reporting risks and interdependencies
• Operationally manage Financial Management activities, including the update and monitoring of area and project budgets
• Prepare financial reporting, monitor actuals against forecasts and identify any variances
• Support invoicing and cost reporting processes towards the client

Required Technical Skills

• Solid and proven senior-level experience in PMO/Project Management roles, preferably gained in consulting environments working directly with end clients
• Good knowledge of budgeting and cost control principles
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a structured and holistic approach to activities
• Excellent command of the English language
• Availability to work at the client's premises for at least 60% of the working time (approximately 3 days per week), with a strong ability to integrate into established teams.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field, such as Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or related disciplines.
