HSPI S.p.A. invites you to embark on a management consulting path through an extracurricular internship in Rome, with opportunities to work at HSPI's Rome office.

You will explore roles such as Project Management Consultant, IT Governance Consultant, Business Analyst, PMO, Data Analyst, and Offensive Security Consultant, with support from Senior Consultants and opportunities for certified training.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science or Economics is required.
• Excellent knowledge of the Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Good knowledge of the English language.

Mansioni

• Participate in the AssessmentDay session and selection process.
• Work with clients in the Rome area and at HSPI's Rome office.
• Engage in one or more consultant roles (PM, IT governance, business analysis, PMO, data analysis, or security).
• Support project governance activities, stakeholder alignment, and documentation.

If you have a theoretical understanding of these topics and wish to understand how they are applied in the world of work, you will have the opportunity to participate in an Assessmentday session!

After completing the selection process, you will have the opportunity to work with clients in the Rome area and at HSPI's Rome office, taking on one of the following professional roles:

• Project Management Consultant: plans, manages, and monitors projects, ensuring the achievement of objectives within time and budget constraints.
• IT Governance Consultant: defines processes, policies, and procedures to ensure the achievement of corporate objectives through digital leverage.
• Business Analyst: analyzes business objectives and processes, identifying organizational and technological solutions for business innovation and improving corporate efficiency.
• Project Management Officer (PMO): supports project governance activities, ensuring progress monitoring, stakeholder alignment, and proper management of project documentation.
• Data Analyst: analyzes and interprets data, developing interactive dashboards and reports (e.g: Power BI) and defining KPIs to support decision-making processes. Collaborates with stakeholders to translate information needs into effective reporting solutions and supports IT process monitoring and related documentation.
• Offensive Security Consultant: supports Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing activities on applications, infrastructures, and Cloud environments, contributing to the identification and assessment of vulnerabilities, the definition of countermeasures, and the preparation of related technical documentation.

What technical requirements should you have?

• Master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science or Economics ;
• Excellent knowledge of the Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
• Good knowledge of the English language.

• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written);
• Teamworking ability;
