Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Project Management, or in lieu of a degree, at least 2 years of experience in the field of project management or Information Technology.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in project management with a focus on information systems (ideally involving network, server, or software implementation and upgrades, and/or PC deployment).
• Understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Familiarity in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Solid communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• General knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Confluence.
• A second European language is a nice to have.
• Travel Requirements: up to 25%.

• Project planning: Assist in the development of project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, tasks, and resource requirements.
• Schedule and timeline management: Monitor project progress against established timelines and schedules, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
• Documentation: Facilitate communication channels with cross-functional teams and document meeting notes.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, such as project plans, status reports, technical specifications, and meeting minutes.
• Communication: Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties. This includes providing regular status updates and reports. • Resource coordination: Help manage and track project resources, such as personnel, equipment, and budget, to ensure efficient use and report to senior team members with regular updates.
